About

Here's an old proposal for a system that would have many benefits. You may have trouble believing that this kind of system was once proponed by what may seem to be some surprising personages - Richard Nixon and Milton Friedman, those old Liberals (actually, they *were* liberals compared to the kooks who call themselves conservative these days).

Of course, this kind of idea is anathema to the people running the country today, for all kinds of reasons - not the least of which being that you wouldn't have to go to church and pray to Yahweh to get some food.

According to a report from CERT in Australia, the top 3 AV packages (Symantec, McAfee and Trend Micro) have an 80% miss rate on new viruses. Why? Easy - the same reason most viruses are written for Windows - the virus writers are tailoring thier software specifically for the most popular packages.

Elections are looming on the horizons again. This time, to include the next Presidential elections, is critical. In fact, more critical this time than any other time in our U.S. history. In the interest of preserving the United States as we once knew it, it is going to behoove voters to do more than just vote. It is more important this time that they analyze each candidate. Learn about each candidate to determine if they are driven solely by their own personal agenda or that of the interests of the City, County, State and/or the Federal Government. Over the years, instead of democracy being a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, American democracy has evolved into a government over the people, with dissent tolerated as long as it is not effective. I have increasingly seen the people as being deceived, lied to, and manipulated into acceptance of policies which are against their own interests or for which significant side affects that are hidden until irreversible. Voters must unde (...MORE)

Apparently, they euthanized a few people they felt were in pain and didn't think they could save.

Somebody with no medical background and no previously or currently desperately sick relatives somewhere apparently decided this is illegal.

That's right folks, democrats are different than republicans.

Democrats don't represent a crooked familial dynasty of corruption, rape, murder, and greed, for example.

Wah.

About

This Wikipedia article on Indiana says that the state has experienced an "increase due to net migration of 38,656 people into the state. Immigration from outside the United States resulted in a net increase of 55,656 people, and migration within the country produced a net loss of 17,000 people."

So the natives are leaving, and the state is filling up with immigrants. Believe it or not, they're not all Mexicans. There are lots of people here from the Caribbean and Africa, too.

Well, that wench Valerie Plaine is stirring up publicity for herself and her idiot husband Joe Wilson. They are suing Vice President, etc for supposedly leaking to the press that she was a CIA operative. Both Wench Plaine and her husband were in the country of Niger when I was there..what losers! He was working as a GSO(General Services Officer).. fixing plumbing leaks, roof leaks, painting of American diplomat housing. He was an extremely arrogant creep when he was there and talked ONLY to certain people because he had hopes (by kissing many asses) to be Ambassador and he finally was of some other country.. It just goes to show you what I have said from long ago. Ambassadors(American) are the dregs of society. Joe Wilson was constantly after publicity and he is in his glory now with his Wench wife on the loose and he is going before Larry King Live, and others.... Just to let you know that he and his wife are nothing and she might have been a CIA employee(cleaning up the offices, etc) at one time but NOT at (...MORE)

Conspiracy

The SAR, or Suspicious Activity Report, is just another way for Big Brother Sam to stick his nose in citizens' business, where it doesn't belong, just because he can. I was gonna use the paranoia tag, but this isn't paranoia.

As time goes by, I agree more and more with the slogan of the movie 'V for Vendetta' - "People shouldn't be afraid of their governments; Governments should be afraid of their people". The time when one can get in trouble for even saying such a thing keeps seeming closer and closer.

The governor said he got the idea for a pardon when he realized that Richards' impression of Arkansas "was marred by a misdemeanor traffic stop."

During a Stones concert in Little Rock in March, Richards asked whether anyone in the audience was from Fordyce, adding, "I used to know the chief of police there."

hehe... yeah.

It is interesting how the players are beginning to line up.. Russia.. China.. U.S....Saudia Arabia, etc Iran has stated it was going to wipe Israel off the map and it could be that they have now begun. It will be VERY interesting to know if and when they might elect to use WMD against Israel.. Time will tell. Iran is using this(at minimum) to see how the players react and to what extent they react.
